Guidelines for a Safe and Fun Experience

As well as carefully following Government guidelines we are putting some additional measures in place to ensure you have a great time and stay safe:

Following government guidelines if you’re visiting us and not participating in the games we will ask you to wear face coverings whilst inside the park – but please don’t panic – we’ve added more seating outside for your comfort. We want everyone to have fun and stay safe.

Personal Responsibility and Health

We’re asking that all customers stay home if they have had any Covid-19 or flu-like symptoms in the past 14 days to avoid the spread of germs. Please ensure that you and all members of your group (including children) abide by the latest Government guidelines on social distancing at all times.
We require all of our customers to sanitise their hands upon entry. We also have hand sanitiser available throughout the venue to be used as needed.
In order to assist with the Government Track and Trace service, when you arrive for your visit a member of the team will test your temperature take your contact details (if the temperature check shows a high temperature you will be asked politely to leave).

We want to make sure our customers feel safe at all times while visiting our venue and disposable gloves are available on request.

Enhanced Cleaning Procedures

Our team members are all working hard to keep our venues clean throughout the day. Our games, scoring screens and balls are cleaned after each customer group.
Other equipment, counters, tables, chairs, door handles and other high touch surfaces are also cleaned consistently.
We also deep clean our centres each night after closing to ensure all of our surfaces are fully sanitised ready for the next day.

Team Member Health

We’re making sure all of our team members are healthy and ready to work.
We have briefings for our team at the start of each day with clear instruction about how to maintain the highest cleaning and hygiene standards in our venues, including emphasising frequent and proper hand washing routines for both our team and customers.
All team members will receive a temperature check before their shift and we will continue to be very cautious in terms of any team member showing signs of illness, requiring them to follow the isolation and health guidance given by the government.
Our team members will wear face coverings and gloves when in direct contact with customers while working and we have introduced screens at the reception.
